How do I initiate a return?
The customer must record an unpacking video when they receive the package. To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team and provide their order number and reason for return. The customer will then receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking information will be provided to the customer once the order has been shipped.
